Let it sit briefly (30–60 seconds), then buff off with a dry, clean microfibre cloth. The hydrophobic effect is live the moment you've buffed it. On interior glass only use it where you don't expect fogging – the sealant component can slightly reduce fogging, but it's no substitute for Q² AntiFog.
